What are you looking for tonight?

I will be paying particular attention to the tight ends. Xavier Grimble wears #85 which is David Johnson's old number; Johnson wears #46. Grimble has a roster spot and maybe a feature role in the offense presented to him on a silver platter. Will he grasp the opportunity?

I will be watching the defensive backs, Montell Garner in particular. He may end up being the slot corner if Sean Davis wins a starting spot at safety over Robert Golden. Al-Hajj Shabazz offers the prototypical CB size (6' 2" 200lbs) but can he cover?

I want to see Tyler "Dirty Red" Matakevich make some plays.

Scattered thunderstorms in the forecast. There will a lot of empty seats. Tickets can be had for $25 or less.

 

I will be paying attention to all the depth guys. We are going to need bodies, lots of em.

 

I'm looking for the Steelers to win and cover the 3 point spread and just watching a little football again even if it is preseason.

Since we are hoping, how about some reverse injuries where currently injured guys miraculously heal?

 

The weather has calmed a bit as the forecast (as of 1:30pm est) isn't calling for isolated thunderstorms until 10pm (and even then, only at a 30%-35% chance; 25% chance of rain during the game).
