Coach Tomlin got to Bell and messed his mind up! You guys see Bells interview on NFL channel few says ago? I figured it would be posted but it isn't. Bell said Obviously about every 8th word. I was laughing at the TV

Obviously so MAC. hey, I started shooting week 3 after the new knee. Went ok I was a little off but still good groups and hits

 

so you getting around ok now? you'll be like bionic sarge pretty soon. we can rebuild him, we have the technology.

Ive been lucky after 14 years in the Army ground pounding, ive only had one arthroscopic surgery on my right knee for cartilage tears,good luck on your rehab, at my age I think I will skip any knee replacements...

 

Thanks Diamond. I couldn't take it anymore. My knee is already in better shape now than it was before surgery. I had to get in my truck, reach back and pick my left leg up and drag it in. I can get in regular now. Stiffness is the problem now. Coming along good. My 1st 18 years I was a grunt too. Last 12 there was no mud for me.

 

Good luck in your rehab bro, my knees are good but everything else is wearing out.

Already been there. Hip a few years ago. Gravel in my shoulder 2 years ago. Seeing an Ortho next Tuesday to have a grinder and shop vac clean out the junk attacking both my Achilles. Good parents. Lousy genetics. Toss in broken ribs and thumbs from skiing and broken toes from hand to hand combat training. And about 50 stitches. But, I don't let it stop me. Still take my dogs hiking regularly.

 

Yeah jeh, take a little grunt candy and press on. Age catches us all
