I don't know whats funnier, that you think that is supposed to bother me or that we are supposed to believe you aren't reading them :lolol:

You sure do mention me a lot for someone you are ignoring.

Hmm.... there is an obvious disconnect regarding Mr. Davis for certain.

Keep in mind everyone that, while Butler will simplify the defense for these rookies, he can only simplify it so much. Further simplification will yield near instantaneous disaster considering how intellectually inclined offensive coordinators are anymore; tier one quarterbacks no less.

Ultimately you guys, there is no guarantee that Sean Davis starts or waits. For that matter, we have not even gotten through the preseason yet; never mind we have not made it into training camp yet. Give Sean Davis and Robert Golden some time. Ultimately, whoever Tomlin decides to start will be the final verdict; like or dislike being a non-factor.

Until then, let us just wait and see. If anything, I am surprised that not that much attention is being given to Javon Hargreave and Andrew Billings.

Well, AQL, To be truthful, I just look around and look at his competition and don't think much of them. That's why I think he starts.

I understand, but either way, let both Sean Davis and Robert Golden compete for the spot. Then and only then can we crown a winner; injury or some other circumstance being another unfortunate but deciding factor.

I think the guy that's getting lost in all this Davis/Burns talk is Golson. I predict he will be the star of the secondary this season.

Cousins was just voted the #85 player of 2016 by the NFL players. I mean... couldn't those players tell that they were playing against a cornball??? Football players really are dumb!

ziggy wasn't really a bust He was drafted late in the first round, He started for 3-4 years as a Steelers, I would say he was a disappointment. Limas Sweed now that's what you call a bust.

And Jamal Charles was demoted all the way down there because of an injury?

This voting by the players is very, very random. Doesn't hold that much merit as to who's better then who. Cousins wasn't on the list last year, now he's # 85? Yeah right.

No worries in starting Davis against Cousins.

Just spitballing here but probably because he had a good year.

But you know who is better then the players who actually play against one another.

    From Rotoworld.com:................

Steelers signed second-round SS Sean Davis to a four-year contract.

Davis played both corner and safety in college, but the Steelers have already said he'll be at strong safety next to FS Mike Mitchell. He's a likely Week 1 starter.

Considering much of the :poopy: that I've seen posted lately, Dean may be getting more of his football information from Roto Rooter than Rotoworld.

well i for one hope our first 3 picks get it early and can start for the next 10-12 years and we don't look back. that would be the best case scenario.

When Kurt Cousins beats a team with a winning record, get back with me Elvis. Cousins wasn't even a thought prior to the season and now he's in the top 70 of best players in the league? Sorry, I'm not buying it. Our eyes say different. Let him perform well against a legit team and win games and then he can be up for consideration. With that said, he's the perfect QB for Davis to break in on.
