You are correct and you don't know if there was......but what we do know is someone had their track shoes on to get the damn pick in and not let any offers come in........

Does need a little help in pass coverage but with ball hawks like Burns and Golson I feel we can afford a guy like Cash or even Killebrew

Those damn Bengals screwed us this is the the third CB they drafted in the first round in the last five years. All the WRs were gone for Cincy to take, it would've been interesting to see if both WJ III and Burns were there at #25 who the Steelers would draft.

A huge endorsement of their CB evaluation skills.

That's a flat out lie. I do not hate Colbert. I just point out his few shortcomings. Now I hate the Ratbirds. LOL.

Steelerfan hates that I criticize Colbert so he hates me and makes up preposterous notions.

You know, I'm sitting here looking at Gil Brandt's Best Available, and he has Billings as the 23rd best available currently. Maybe there's some shot he lasts into the Steeler's second round pick? I'd feel a little better about the Burns pick then.

I didn't realize the whole 7/8 thing. I just hope he can hang with the likes of AJ Green twice a year. Especially on fades in the red zone. What is the average size of an NFL corner though? Does anyone know? Seems like wideouts these days are getting bigger and it's obvious it's a passing league now. I mean they said this was the first draft in history where 3 wr's were taken in a row.

Except for one, every cornerback taken in the first round was at least 6 feet.

kevin colbert said this was the best corner back class he has ever seen top to bottom. there are starters deep in this draft at that position. i guess you think he's wrong?

Burns is 6ft geez get over it already, Justin Gilbert is 6ft first round CB and he sucks. Revis will go into the Hall Of Fame and he's 5'11.

What really screwed things up was Washington taking a WR, most people had them going defense. There wasn't a first round WR left for Cincy to take, I hope WJ III is a bust like Kirkpatrick and Dennard has been for them so far.

You know who really screwed us?? The freaking Redskins! Nobody expected them to draft a WR. With all the WR gone, the stupid Bengals snatched Jackson.

I would rather get Justin Simmons in the 2nd or 3rd.

I like Vonn Bell in the 2nd, but I love Justin Simmons in the 3rd. Maybe we can pull off Billings 2, Simmons 3. That'd be awesome.

You mean that Burns could be our starter? Bur Blast Furnace has said repeatedly that couldn't happen. That a rookie couldn't start. LOL.
