    Keep all trade announcements/discussions/etc here.

    Anyways...

We will be allowing realistic trades between teams involving player currently under contract to your team and picks from this year’s draft can be made (as long as both teams approve). However just like last year there will be a 3 person "Trade Committee" that has to approve each trade...all you need is a majority (2) vote and the trade is approved. All trades are to be negotiated via PM but announced in public by both teams if the trade is agreed to (if there’s any of you who do not know how to PM or check PMs then ask someone). Please reference the draft pick trade value chart as needed http://www.draftcountdown.com/features/Value-Chart.php . Once OK'd by both teams then the "Trade Committee" will announce their decision. As a side note...if a committee member(s) involved in the trade they cannot vote on it.

Sorry if this is in the wrong place. Just tell me and I'll move it...

CINCINNATI BENGALS are placing QB AJ McCarron on the trade block.
Seeking WR, DL, and Draft Picks.

Consider this... McCarron has a career completion % of 66.4% with 6 touchdowns and 2 interceptions. Most of that came in 4 games. Small sample size? Sure. But he's not much different than Brock Osweiller who has a 61.3 career completion percentage with 11 touchdowns and 6 incterpcetions... and Brock just got a mega contract. Oh, and AJ for all intents and purposes won a playoff game before his moron teammates handed it to the Steelers... So there's that.

You could get your team a similar QB to Osweiler, and he's still under contract for 2 more seasons for peanuts.

Since there is chatter that the real San Diego Chargers have been approached about their #3 pick, I'll listen to offers as well to try and keep it somewhat realistic...

there was a proposed trade between Baltimore and St Louis. St Louis gets #6 and Balt gets #15 and #43. We all know Ozzie likes to move back and get additional picks. But I thought Hargreaves was too good a prospect to let pass, esp with the recent death of Tray Walker and Webb moving to safety.

Rams would have been favored by 60 in trade value. Good move in getting Hargreaves or do you guys think Newsome would have pulled the trigger??Tough decision I thought.

I personally think thats a big risk for Cincy, we saw how vital it is to have a sound back up QB, AJ kept them in the playoff hunt and might have actually done something Dalton hasn't, win a playoff game if not for some lunkheads. But there is risk for Denver too, very small sample size for AJ, an offseason for DC's to study tape, AJ might not be as effective.

So having said that, I think the value is reasonable. I'll approve it.

I see what your saying but I look at it 2 ways, for Cinny trade while he is at the highest value which is now right? It is not like AJ is the future there with Andy Dottie as the starter. As for Denver's side they don't start over with a rookie but close and really when you look at it kinda would be in the same boat if they signed Asswiper, no? I feel this is a great deal for Denver as they get a qb with a little experience while still having a very good defense to lean on.

I feel AJ can carry them to an AFCC lose to the Steelers................

I agree. In no way was I trying to say its an unrealistic trade, its just one that if I was Cincys GM in real life, Im not sure I make this trade. I agree that I think Denver comes out ahead in this deal. Assuming AJ not only continues to play as he did but even improves.

No Blast I wasn't saying you were I was just adding to your comments. In real life I think when you have a QB you stick with it and I am not sure I would let AJ go. However how many times did we see a back up QB do good and cash in only to bomb out. Flynn and Kolb are just a couple that come to mind and if I am Cinny why not get something since they have a starter, right?

The Miami Dolphins will be looking to trade down from the #13 pick, but stay in the first round.

    TRADE @TerribleTowelFlying @Steel_Elvis @Blast Furnace

    To Carolina:
    #13 pick

    To Miami:
    Picks #31, #62 and #93

Since I am on the trade committee I will have to let others confirm this deal but Carolina is ready to make their pick upon confirmation.

Edited the deal to be pick #31 going to Miami, which is what it is "officially", but in reality is pick #30 due to patriots forfeited pick.
