That article could just have been a single sentence: The Steelers are favored to win SB51 because they kick ass!

The author knows we're signing Stephen Jackson and winning the Super Bowl two slow yards at a time!

easy----------- cause they easily should have won the bronco game without brown bell williams and pouncey and the AFC is garbage so they will have easier time getting there than nfc teams........

They will still have to go through New England to get to the Super Bowl, the Steelers shouldn't be favored until they fix the 30th ranked pass defense.

Agreed. Also it's widely believed the Steelers play better with a chip on their shoulders.

The "road to the Super bpwl goes through Pittsburgh" mindset has not been helpful.

I read this morning that the Pats owner, Bob Kraft sent a letter to Goodell last week, telling him he wanted his first round draft pick reinstated claiming he needs it to stay competitive, I imagine there is a player in the 1st round that Belichick wants pretty bad and he needs that pick to trade up to get him or otherwise he will have to trade both of his two picks and maybe even another pick to move up, I just wonder if Goodell will give it back to poor old Bob and Bill.....

Kraft is unbelievable. By his actions, you can tell he feels he's privileged and above the law of the league. Brady was cheating; the text messages prove that. Take the punishment and move on. Your not getting a first round pick this year Mr. Kraft; deal with it.

sorry guys can not stand to hear about brady cheated. He is the greatest qb that ever lived and if we had him instead of ben we might be going for our 12th sbl ring. He threw for 300 yds in the second half of that game with reg inflated balls. Get over Brady. We hate him cause he embarrasses us every time we play them........

Speak for yourself. Brady is not the greatest QB that ever lived. I saw and watched Montana. And Brady is not in Montana's zip code. And theone game we lost to the Cheatriots by their cheating was for sure was the AFC championship championship game when all our players were saying, " it seems like they new every play we were going to run". Believe that was the year we were 15-1. They were cheating then. So spare me the, " Brady is the greatest" talk. Anyone who was grown and saw Montana will tell you Montana is /was better.

I am probably older than you Dean and anybody I talk to thinks Brady is the greatest qback that ever lived. He goes to either the sbl or the AFC championship every year with garbage for an offense and not to mention different receivers every year. Montana had same skill set just about every year and always had great running back. And if you do not think montana had stinkers in the playoffs go back and look. He had some horrible games. I would take Brady over anybody except maybe elway.

And stop with the cheating is the reason they beat us. When they came in Bens rookie season and kicked are teeth down are throats you could chalk that up as being a better prepared team as there coach is 10x better than cower( the most overated coach in nfl history)

Keys to winning the Super Bowl.
    - turn on ps4/Xbox
    - insert madden
    - beat career mode with steelers

    In all seriousness...
    1. Fix defense especially pass
    2. Sit everyone vs bengals
    3. Win easy games to gain home field
    4. Don't go on gut feelings lol
    5. Hope Brady is hurt/suspended/retired

I am as big a steeler fan as there is in the world. I am from NY where Brady is hated just as much but gets the respect he deserves even from delusional jet fans...........

You can only be a king IF you have a kingdom to preside over......

Brady is nowhere near the greatest. And because you said that tells me you never saw (at a game) Joe Montana. Nobody I know or associate with (and all my friends have watched football for over 35 years) thinks that Brady is the greatest. Not a one. And we are talking over 13 gentleman. You show your youth making a statement like that. Nothing more needs to be said about that topic.

Brady will never be considered the greatest ever if fan bases outside of New England don't think so. And for the most part, they don't.

Tyler, Here's what you do son..........

Go to espn, pull up the bio from that game between the Steelers/Cheatriots. Then, you go and post the quotes from Hines Ward right after that game. Then, you go and tell everybody in this room that the Patriots didn't cheat that game. And see what reaction you get. I won't even comment. Just do those things, and see what reaction you get from the Steeler faithful.

And stop posing as a Steeler fan. Because you are not. You are a Patriots fan who is obsessed at running around trying to justify Patriots behavior and lore. I'm in a Steelers room and supposedly I thought I was talking to a Steeler fan; apparently not.

First off I am a steeler fan, second I am older than you. I do not care to hear about spygate stuff as that tactic has been used by other teams a million times since the 60s. If the steelers (rooneys) are so naive to have open practices that is there problem. I am not a homer though and I do not drink the cool aid. I will tell you what my honest opinion is ( ben is highly overated) Is one. He has been letting us down since he got the ball back in packer sbl with loads of time left. I would take Tom Brady over anyone. If you ask me who I think will win sbl this year I would say steelers but would not be surprised if ben got ball back with 3 minutes left to win game in afc championship game and went 4 and out..............

Yeah..no one said Ben was best all time. But wouldn't it be an interesting conversation if Ben won back to back titles this year and next? He'd have 4 rings out of 5 Super Bowl appearances. :)

I said when we drafted Ben, that if he won a SBL for us I would be happy, he did better than that and won two, I think he can win a 3rd one before his career is over and that puts him right in the conversation as one of top QBs to have played the game, he already holds all the steeler QB stat records and if he wasnt a big durable man he would not have lasted this long behind some of the worst Olines in the league, he was and is the perfect fit for the physical style of steeler football that this team has always been known for......

Well, he didn't cheat for any of his two Rings so he's already ahead of Brady. LOL. Go ask Kurt Warner, Marshall Faulk, Demarco Farr, any of those Rams and they said the same thing at the time that HInes Ward said, " Seems like they knew whatever play we called." Notice, they all said this BEFORE the Patriots were officially caught video taping.

Sorry but the majority of football fans outside of Patriot fans don't regard Brady as the greatest. They have a cheat incident tied to all their Super Bowl wins. Not a coincidence.
