I'm glad he is our coach! We have been in good hands with him leading our team!

I question some of the Steelers moves( blake, vick, cortez, clock mgmt, play calling/formations, drafts) but Tomlin gets the best out of the players and coaches. He showed some fire this season. He is class

I've said this before, but when you consider we had the toughest schedule in the league going in plus all the injuries and kicking issues, winning 10 games is pretty amazing. Good job, Coach.

He did show some more emotion this season than I've seen in the past. It would be hard to be overly critical given the hand that we were dealt for sure.

LOL. I sprinted right thru that door.

Supporting Tomlin can be like riding a roller coaster at times but I think he is a better coach than I sometimes give him credit for.

Now let's finally UNLEASH THAT HELL IN 2016!

That's a misconception. Hell is Tomlin's little chihuahua dog's name.

He's a good coach not a great one. There are only a couple great ones and a few good ones. The rest are average to bad retreads.

It's never easy being in charge especially when you have to deal with so many unexpected adversities. Tomlins heart is in the right place truly cares about his players and the whole Steelers organization he's a winner!!! Imao

Out of curiosity, to those who constantly seem to be praising the guy, WHICH I AM TOTALLY FINE WITH BTW, what would be your biggest, if any, criticism of him?

I have many of the same criticisms that the haters have, I just choose to say them and move on. Don't need to blow up every thread stating the same gripes over and over. At least come up with some new material.
My criticism, his stubbornness to stick with things and players that aren't working.

His stubbornness is probably my biggest one too. I also believe he's a little too sentimental with certain players.

if you are worried about where we pick in the draft you need to be a fan of the bucs or lions. they are almost always in top 10. me, I will take a playoff win and pick 25th over picking 21 and not having a chance

For some, any criticism of Tomlin at all and you're a hater or you want him fired. I have my criticisms but I am neither a hater nor do I want him fired. I think Tomlin is an emotional coach who relies on his gut more than his intellect too often and that's my biggest criticism. But overall I'd like to commend Tomlin and his staff for a job well done in spite of the adversity the team has faced this season. Good coaches don't grow on trees and if you don't believe me just look at some of the yahoos that get hired every season. So I vote we just stick with "devil that we know" for now and go out and win number 7 before we lose the once in a generation quarterback that we're lucky to have for a few more seasons.

Mike Tomlin is a good, bordering on great coach. I am from Boston, and everyone here speaks highly of him. My only complaint of his is his love of losing to 2-14 teams; gut decisions are what winners make instead of playing it safe.

Every coach has something they can improve and Tomlin is no exception. However, I like him and can't think of another coach I'd rather have.
