An additional silver lining (from the season), we should tie down Chris Boswell down to a 10-year-deal. He has been superb

Yes, but it's tough when the next game and is 8 months away....this is why sports is so agonizing and you end up disappointed 99% of the time.

Ben hasn't been a "reliable" clutch 3 min QB in several yrs (since the S. Holmes days). So I didn't expect a W on that last drive, and it didn't happen...again. Overall, the team did better than I thought they would (esp the defense).

But I FULLY expect a step up and a MUCH better chance and a full SB competitive team next yr !

My silver lining is definitely the defense. It has stepped up the last 2 weeks for sure. They got some great experience in the playoffs and I look forward to them playing better then 30th against the pass!

This team has to have a strong running attack since Ben is.getting older he will not last a whole season going forward.

Should have had Todman back there as well as on KO'S ..Coates played well so did DHB and Bryant , I see no reason that this Team needs Wheaton he seems to not be mentally tough to me .

Another silver lining is that all of Glen Edwards' records have remained intact for another year.

That's 150 years in a row, if I count correctly.

We'll get our top running back back, the best backup running back in the league, our starting center and left tackle (either Beach or AV) and of course the best receiver in the game. I believe in my heart if AB was healthy in the Broncos game we would of blew them away.

We just need to concentrate on the defense. Even though they played winning football in the Broncos game. If we had a dominant pass rusher we would of stop there last drive. Just imagine if we would of had Lloyd and Greene, or Woodley and Harrison (younger verison) or Porter and Haagans during that last drive.

Should have made this adjustment at the half - keeping Wheaton back there returning punts after the first couple was just asking for disaster. It didn't cost us in turnovers (even though he fumbled twice) but field position was a killer due to his inability to block or call fair catches. Not knocking on the guy, but he just doesn't have the head for being a returner is all.

Another waste of a franchise quarterback's prime years.

Sorry, I thought this was the dark cloud thread.
