    I really don't understand how a qb can be moving like that during a snap. If wrs's have to "be set" then why don't qb's have to be?

    So according to Belicheat...it would have been totally legal for wheaton to have blocked him since he never called for a fair catch..... as long as you don't ..you know..use the top of your helmet...
