Steelers know there short handed and everyone is going to have to Step Up and I think they will. the Broncos and manning will choke again in the playoffs.

I agree, I think the Steelers can pull this off. It's a great place to be as a fan when you think about it. With the team being so shorthanded, they're not expected to win and if they don't it'll be totally understandable and if the win it will be way sweet. Either way, I'm going to enjoy the game.

 

Boy if we could pull this game out, I like our chances going forward.

 

That is complete wishful thinking man. The Broncos are going to spank us. They nearly beat us at Heinz Field when they were beaten up on D (missing 2 starting safeties and their 3rd safety playing with a broken leg). Now we go into Denver and they are fully healthy and we are so not. We are going to get killed/man-handled - whatever similar narrative you want to insert

 

In that first game, our defense played terrible in the first half. Our DBs were giving their WRs huge cushions and letting Asswater pick us apart. But they made adjustments and starting playing them close after halftime and we made a game out if it. If the defense plays as well this game and Ben and MB and MW are on the same page we can win this game. Let our new TnT run game open things up too. It would be helpful if the regular season INT machine Peyton shows up too. I wouldn't be shocked to see Big Play Willie Gay to get another pick 6.

I agree. We've had enough bad breaks, injuries and bad play to not even be in the playoffs. So just go out and play loose and see what happens.

A wounded bear is at it's most dangerous and vicious point in it's life cycle when it's in pain, as it is in team sports, the pressure is on Denver, and especially manning, this wounded steeler bear is going to be dangerous because they are wounded and expected to be killed off today....
