Someone should make a reel of all his plays where he INTENTIONALLY has tried to hurt people and see what Goodell's big fat mouth has to say about it.

I disagree with just about every post on here. He did cost them the game with a late hit, but if AB catches it and he does the exact same thing there's a chance he saves game if he knocks ball out. I see nothing different with what he does then I do Mitchell or even Shazier today. I refuse to call him anything when we have players that do literally the exact same thing. I still stand by the fact that if he were a Steeler, he'd be loved. If they don't fumble, they win and he pretty much seals game. Just stating the obvious...

Yeah but AB didnt catch it and dirtbag could have eaten a turkey dinner and still avoided AB, he had so much time.

Comparing any of our players to him is extremely off base.

Is it though? In game time he had less than a second. What's the difference between that hit and I'll pick Bengals again, but Mitchell hit on Eifert last game? Usually defenders are lowering head before they get to player, like Shazier on their RB. If that RB doesn't catch the ball, are fans calling Shazier dirty?

You are right, I hate him... However, if he were on the Steelers (i.e. James Harrison) I would love him, That said... **** that prick!

Shazier probably wouldn't have hit him. I'll give you maybe a helmet to helmet but a hit on a defenseless receiver? Dude was running up the field.

Burfict saw an opportunity for a big hit and went for it. Good call, bad luck.

Watching this asshat play makes what happened even more sweeter. Notice both dickbags Burfict and Jones are two of the guys in the video

I don't think he'd be loved here at all. There was a whole thread of people here bashing Cody Wallace for taking a cheap shot a few weeks back. That's what makes us different than bengals fans.

What a tool! :roflmao: Burfict obviously has never heard the saying, "Don't count your chickens before they hatch."

I do agree with this. The Bengals are much worse but the dancing etc. would not fly with past teams.

I don't mind celebrations and stuff and Shazier had the game of his life... but he was dancing after he KTFO that RB and that is easy for people to misconstrue (especially the many Steelers haters).

Lebeau was LIVID with his players for showmanship. If you think about it with as many people as Harrison destroyed he never celebrated much after. Foote had the Foote stomp, Keisel his hunting thing but those are pretty tame. Peezy would have been the flashiest but Ike, Troy, A Smith etc. were very reserved after big play.

Cody Wallace is in the ballpark. I have no problems with anyone calling him dirty because he is.

The failure to admit our own culpability puts us on the same level as those **** eating Bengs fans who claim Burfict is a clean player! Unbelievable but true.

I'll never be a homer like that.

No one is as dirty as Burfict though... not since Jack Tatum. This ******* makes Suh look like a choir boy.

Absolutely. He is on the offensive side but you are 100% right: Heath is the best example of the Steeler way of years past.

Someone make a GIF of Decastro bodyslamming Burfict into the endzone please!

Burfict should have gotten a 15 yarder on that one too. He got on top of Decastro AFTER being manhandled and AFTER the whistle. No call.

The refs never sent Burfict a warning early even after he kicked players, cheapshotted Decastro etc.

I think Burfict is a criminal element that does not belong in the NFL, play the
game hard, but do not intentionally try to hurt another player. He does just that.

I have to say that watching the game I didn't get any sense of Shazier dancing in celebration of knocking Bernard out. He had been watching the screen to see whether he would get the call he earned with a big play (could have been even bigger but we will never know now)and when the call was made he celebrated.

It's not like players have ever celebrated making a big play right? I don't want players to be dancing around because they hurt a guy, but an important play like that at a huge point in the game I'm fine with. Let's not reinforce the idea that it actually is the No Fun League. My 2 cents on that.

Did you notice the Bengal fans 'cheering' at Ben's injury? Did you notice Ben being 'pelted' with bottles as the cart drove him to the locker room? Burfict is 'seriously' violent to an excessive degree. Bengal fans are not in the same league as Steeler fans. Let's not get confused about these truths.
