To think... this year the SB is up for grabs. Everyone is hurting, and the NFC looks beatable. If only we were healthy ugh. Imagine having Dwill Leveon, beach and pouncey, and having blake hurt going into the playoffs.

The Bungles are going to beat us. Nasty lingering feeling that is eating away at me. If we somehow pull this miracle I do not fear a 40 old manning, and I feel we can beat a depleted patsy team or A smith. Then should have enough momentum for SB.

IF IF IF. ok back to work lol

Well you never said anything positive. lol. Not that I am surprised.. You and Real Steel seem to have a thing about being optimistic.. Blake being injured is a problem? In what world?

I think the issues you mention are why the expectation each year would be to reach the playoffs, contending for a bye week slot. There are so many other factors that play into who ultimately rolls into the SB that it's hard to enter a season with that as the expectation. Injuries, hot streaks, etc, often help propel teams to the big game; the best you can do is take care of the business in front of you and hope the team is healthy and gelling come January.

All things considered, I think the Steelers are relatively healthy. Yes, having Bell out is a huge blow, but DWill is pretty good as a replacement, and he might be playing this week.

not sure, he is out of the cast and they keep bringing up fitz. Hopefully this is all to make Bengals prepare for both. Maybe they start Fitz and use Dwill as the backup.

I think the Steelers can win this game w/o DWill.

Lol, I actually read it differently. I thought the OP was saying imagine what it would be like to have the other guys back and Blake hurt for the playoffs.

Yea that's what I meant. I don't wish injury on anyone but man Tomlin won't sit his ass lol

No worries, hotness. We're gonna beat the Bungles on their turf and make 'em cry like little babies. :prayer: :towel:

The Bengals are starting a backup QB with very little experience.. The Broncos will be starting a QB, who, up until the second half of last week, hadn't played in a month and a half.. The Patriots have a lot of injuries, including their starting and backup RBs.. The Chiefs and Texans are probably the healthiest, although I haven't been following either team much. Houston fields arguably the weakest team in the postseason, so there's that. KC's probably in the best position to go on a run.. But how confident is everyone that Alex Smith can actually lead them through the gauntlet that is the NFL postseason? I'll have to see it to believe it. Not that we're ones to talk, but have you seen the opponents the Chiefs have beat up on during their winning streak? Us, starting Landry Jones, in a game we should have actually won.. The Broncos, Manning's last game before sitting out because of injury.

So basically, the injuries on this team shouldn't be an excuse or reason why we lose.

Do you think Carolina, Seattle, Arizona are not
better than what the AFC is throwing out there this year, Including the Pats?
