i'd rather we take a safety. we already have two guys that never played for us. do we need more uncertain draft picks at corner?

This is good, maybe just maybe we will evaluate one and get one that can actually
play football and be a difference maker. We are not selecting or developing players capable of playing in the NFL. Carnell Lake's job should be looked at and so should the scouts that are evaluating secondary players, along with Colbert, MT, KB.

If the #1 safety is still on the board when we pick, we need to take that route...especially since the CB position is so deep. I'd be happy seeing us go safety, CB, CB first 3 rounds...

The number 1 safety (Jalen Ramsey) will probably go top 10. Su'a Cravens, could be the next Troy, maybe/possibly, could be there. He's a strong safety/OLB tweener. Lots of good second round prospects at safety, though. Keanu, kerse, Cash, Bell, Maye, Connor all 5'11" plus. kerse 6'5". Jackson, Thompson, Mills, Joseph in rounds 3 or 4.

How about Cam Sutton from Tennessee? Looks like a good CB and he can return punts.

Iowa's Desmond King is reportedly returning for his senior season.

That is terrible news. Might have had a shot at him this year.

Being a Vols fan that is good news. Maybe next year then.
