I will not bet the Steelers and give the Browns 10 points. I did bet the under (47.5 points).
Same as last week, instead of giving the Ravens 10.5 points I bet the under (47 points).
I want the Steelers to win this week just like I wanted them to win last week, but the under was/is a smarter bet IMHO.

I'm not worried Austin Davis is the Browns starting QB.

The lower down the depth chart their QB is, the more worried I get...

    Of course it could happen.
Any team can be beat be anyone at any time.
The Steelers were embarrassed last week & now they're angry & fired up. That's either going to help us play better or help us to make mistakes. We'll see.

Sorry. I have no confidence the Steelers will "up" their game against the Browns. I look for a Browns win.

    Double YOI!!

honestly though its any given sunday, anyone can have a great game on any day with crazier circumstances, or the entire NFL is just rigged...

I'm sure he'll have his career high in passing yards against us.

If Austin Davis sets a career high for passing yds on Sunday, it could be an interesting afternoon. He threw for 375 yd vs Phi last yr while in StL.

Personally the season has run out of gas for me. The loss to the pathetic crows was a dagger. Of course I will be a good solder and watch them crush the clowns while watching that doofus Rex Ryan throwing his headset because the Jets just scored again.

It's been a tough season. Losing Ben for a significant amount of time, losing Bell(thank goodness for Williams) a Defense which needs an overhaul and still could end up a 10-6 team. Not the way we all wanted to end up but get the Defense back to prominence and this team should be in good shape for a run next season.

Yeah, last week took a lot of the energy out of things. To fold *so* badly just deflated all the excitement the last few weeks had built up.

I agree with you, though - once the dust has settled there are positives to come out of a tough schedule and some tough breaks injury-wise. It just may take me a bit of time to let the dust settle...

Dont overlook this kid, he is experienced and has been a winning starter for the Rams:

Davis started eight games for the St. Louis Rams, tossing 12 touchdowns to nine interceptions and posted a 85.1 QB rating. Davis produced three wins and threw six combined touchdowns in shootout losses to the Cowboys and Eagles. During the whirlwind, the 26-year-old proved to himself he can make plays in the NFL.

Really bad loss, really hard to swallow this one. They were crushed by 2 playoff teams before facing us and what do we do against that scrapheap of a team? :poopy:

It wouldnt be the first time they lost to two teams with the worst records in the league, they did it in 09 with the raiders and browns, in fact they lost 5 games in a row that year....

I think the most frustrating thing is that we had our playoff fate in our own hands and not only did we lose but we lost to a decimated rats team. If the Jets put us out of our misery tomorrow it will be a long off season for sure. At least we will then have the draft to look forward to can't wait to see who we draft with our 5th and 6th rounders........oh wait nevermind I forgot we wasted those on a kicker who directly cost us a game or two and a CB who was good enough to trade for but not good enough to beat out a guy who can't cover and tackle........smh.....sigh!
