It was. There really are some crazy technicalities in a lot of games all over the league now though.

They've played back up QBs against Indy, Cincy Denver, Baltimore and will again next week vs Cleveland. If that's not catching breaks, I don't know what is.

 

What I don't get is that it was called a TD on the field and there sure didn't look like enough conclusive evidence to overturn the original call? I'm with you guys, I have no idea what a catch is anymore. I mean it never came out of his grasp.

Dwill has 8 carries for 80 yards and people are worried? I say ground and pound and work the playaction because it will kill the Ravens. Time to get Heath involved too. Now Mallet is toast they have seen all he has and can get after him now.

Steelers just caught a break. Fitzpatrick overthrew a wide open WR that would have been a TD.

 

The NFL needs to figure out what is a catch and what isn't. They need to get their act together.
