    Not likely, but possible

    1. Steelers win last 2
    2. Benglas lose last 2
    3. AZ/Indy/Denver win no fewer than 2 less than Seattle/Buffalo/KC the rest of the season
    4. Denver loses to SD
    5. KC loses/ties either Clev or Oak

That would give the Steeelers the 2 seed

Had the Steelers just beaten Baltimore this year - they'd only need to win their last 2 and have Cincy lose one of their final 2 to be the 2 seed.

    Thanks Scobee

Since they're in the NFC, I don't get why it would make a difference what AZ and Seattle do!?

Strength of Victory. We have it based on beating AZ & Seattle - they don't.

Yeah, realized it after I logged off last night. LOL

But the AZ part was right.

(and we should have beaten Seattle)

The Bengals did though. Hence the comparison between AZ who the Steelers beat and Seattle who the Bengals beat (and both teams lost to the other). That's why it goes into SOV.

I think we will have a chance for the division going into the last week but it's just too much to ask for and expect Denver to lose to Sd and KC to lose to either the Browns or Raiders at home. I think we are in pretty good shape to clinch strength of victory over Bengals for the division at this point. I do expect the North to come down to the last week of the season. The Bengals won't win at Denver next week with McCarron. So it will come down to Cincy and Baltimore the last week of the season and who knows maybe the Bengals fold under pressure and lose that game you just never know.

So have the Steelers officially clinched the SOV over the Bengals if they win and the Bengals lose at Denver on Monday night?? Expect either our game versus the Browns or the Bengals game with the Ravens to be flexed to 4 next Sunday if the division is still at stake which I expect it to be. I don't see the Bengals winning in Denver with McCarron at QB.

We are not winning the division. There is no way in hell John hairball will try to win a meaningless game for them, only to help the steelers win the division. No way.

I knew that loss to Ratbirds would cost us something. Bastid Scobee. The Bungles could very well lose that game in Denver. A coin flip IMO.

Sad part is, we were honestly a single dumb decision in every loss from being undefeated

I am thinking more of this:

We win out.......KC wins out......Cinny wins vs Den

    Seeding: Pats-Cinny-KC-Hou/Jags/Indy-Pitt-Jets

    Wildcard games:

    Hou/Jags/Indy vs Pitt....we win
    KC vs Jets....Jets win

    Divisional RD....aka rematch weekend:

    Cinny vs Pitt......Pitt wins
    Pats vs Jets.......Jets win

    HOME AFCCG .......Pitt vs Jets!!!!!!!!!!
