I am still in shock at the stupidity of that play. AV was going deep on a go route. Landry was at QB. Just utterly freaking stupid in ways I can't even fathom. Against THIS defense of all things. Just. Wow.

 

Rawls is the real deal.

 

Hope the defense can bail Tomlin's stupid call out.

You aint even kidding my man. Even if it had worked I STILL think I would have called it stupid. Just reckless.

 

That play worked. Jones blew it with the throw! The purpose of the play is throw for the first or throw it away so you don't give up the field position......Jones blew it if he makes a throw like he's throwing to a receiver, that's a touchdown.

Lately it seems as though Tomlin wants to be in the spotlight for being a "gambler" of a coach. That was a really bad decision and we deserve to be down 7-3 after that debacle.

I honestly think their mindset is to look for the lowest percentage play and run it because, hey, it's a really low percentage play and no one will see it coming!!
