Is picking up Dee Will as important as the trade for Bettis?

 

Not even close, but a good pick up none the less.

No but he the Steelers go on to win the Super Bowl with Landry Jones at quarterback, then...yes.

 

Mitchell is looking pretty good too.

 

He's under contract next year too, right?

Hopefully all of the injuries will get out of the way this year 'cause next year with a healthy O and an jelled D....Look TF out. It's their year.

 

He was killing people today. Literally.

 

No. He's no Bus but still a great pickup. Bus was a franchise player. Williams is a role player. A very good one. But still.

 

I know... I bashed Mitchell hard last year... its great seeing him play so well.

 

I bashed him too last year and he deserved it. But he is playing much better this year. I think he took out two players today, he was a beast hitting people.

 

If anything we've learned that not many players walk in from day one and light it up for this defense especially when DL was coaching.

 

Best number 2 running back in the league. Could go on to have a 1200 yd season.

 

The most important thing about the Williams pick up is that he just seems to share enough attributes and style with Bell so he fits in with the blocking schemes and pace of the line. He has a similar amount of patience, I think. As far as FA pick ups go, this was pretty much a home run.
