Someone please talk me off the ledge

Im sorry I just don't feel good about beating the Raiders this Sunday. Our team is in a funk right now Ben needs more time to right the ship and the loss of bell is going to be evident on Sunday and the raiders are on Fire right now. What scares me is these are the Kind of games we lose. Someone please give me some positive re enforcement why we will win on Sunday.

 

Unfortunately, Ben doesn't have more time to right this ship. He either starts this week or I am afraid you're going to jump from that ledge you want talked off of.

 

You couldnt even be bothered to bump your own thread about the Raiders game and your feelings so you create a new thread. Yeah go ahead and jump, that ledge is getting crowded and the rest of the people waiting are impatient

 

This game is a must win. If they don't the pretty much have to win out.
Which I don't think they can do.
Silver Lining defense has been better than any of us thought. We held a team averaging 30 points last week to 16.
It could have even been less had the offense not turned it over 3 times.

Sure we are without our all pro-running back. But Williams has shown he can do a good job look at weeks 1-2 he did great.
Brown will get used to having Ben back, Bryant too.
Ben will play better I'm sure of it.

Should be a good one.

I've got a feeling the Steelers are going to win big Sunday.

 

Yea Ben was sore & under A LOT of pressure the last game. I think he'll have settled down a bit & with his knee better, he'll be able to step into throws.
We usually lose to 1-7 or 2-6 teams. The Raiders are 4-3 so I think we'll be ok there.
We're getting Tuitt back & that's big.
We got rid of Dri & got a Jacoby- giving us a boost on special teams.
DeAngelo's capable of helping us win.
There's no reason that we shouldn't win this game.

 

Hope your right. I have a thousand bet on them and giving the Raiders 4.5 points.

Last weeks contest was a must win. This one is win or face no playoffs. If Ben rebounds from his horrible performance they will win.

 

Ok why we could win. We have Big Ben...We have AB..We have Bryant.We have Miller.We have DHB. We have Wheaton...With those weapons we will always have a chance to win...

 

To put this game into perspective, if our defense holds the raiders to 20 points or less like they did the bungles our chances to win this game are high, if Ben and his offense plays the kind of game he promises to play this Sunday then in combination we will win, if not, then we will lose, it's going to be all about execution in all 3 phases, a mistake free game is what it's all about in this one....

 

Going to be tough. Raiders are t going to lie down

 

Cannot imagine why the defense could not keep this team in check and keep it below 20 points. We are talking about a top 5 defense. Wow never thought I would say that for this years installment of the Steelers. Would be nice to see them firing on offense and defense. There is time to make playoffs happen but it's running out.
