Well, after the Ravens game I truly thought we wouldn't win a game without Ben. So 2-2 is not that bad without your franchise QB. Arrowhead is always a tough place to play. The playoff hunt starts next week.

We've forced 2 or more turnovers in the last 3 games.
    None today. Don't understand.
Those early timeouts, missed tackles, Landry being inconsistent, turnovers, & drops killed us. We made ourselves look stupid & we just played bad. It's frustrating when we an play so much better.

I disagree. There were plays to be made and the players didn't make them happen. That pick where Brown should have caught it but tipped it into the air was really bad, it set up an easy score. How many broken tackles were there? The Oline forgot how to block at times. Are the coaches blameless? Of course not, but I really think this was the players.

Real Steel is something of a "known commodity" on this board, I guess you could say.

I doubt any offense was taken.

Hali got him on a veteran move. He gave a quick hit and look like he was going inside and then exploded around the arc. It was bound to happen. might as well have been this game with Landry in than with Ben.

Exactly. I've said all week that I'd rather Landry have played this game than Ben even if it meant we got a loss with Landry. I'd just rather lose a battle than a war and I want Ben to get a little more rest before our divisional games start up.

    I agree.

Lack of turnovers on D, lack of pressure on their QB, lack of stopping the run when we need to. That all hurt.

The turnovers didn't help, and Jones was staring down his guy a few times, but just generally bad execution all around. Even Brown was not at his best.

Nobody actually thought this would be an easy game, though, right...?

Same old Steelers, in many ways.

I think on defense the loss of Tuitt meant that the pressure wasn't there and the secondary is just not good enough to sit back in coverage. Blake is horrible but that is like picking on the slow guy when the whole secondary is slow. Heyward was breaking through but getting held and dbl teamed. On offense I think Haley just got too cute again. Came out throwing then went conservative then tried lighting it up before the half and the fires were cold. I will be interested to see the snap count for Shazier since I don't recall seeing spence or Williams alot and it would have possibly been some rust for him.

That doesn't mean he should be allowed to troll the game day thread, spew his BS, and ruin the entire game day experience for others.

Not having Tuitt was huge. He provides a great boost to this defense.

He really made a great play in the end zone against Smith. His closing speed is freaky man.

Going for it on that 4th down was the right call. The play-call wasn't the greatest, IMO, but going for it was fine. Tomlin makes some pretty bad decisions, especially lately, but I really don't think this was one of them. It wasn't like the kick was a gimmie. But why do people think that the game progresses the same way if they kick a FG there? Maybe it changes everything and they lose by 20 instead. Or maybe they win by 20.

How much cap space is there? can they make a move on the DLine to add depth that can actually play?
