The map is wrong for So Cal - Fox is only running one game on Sunday and local guides list the later game with the Seahags which would preclude also playing the earlier Steeler game as shown on map. Fine with me though, have Direct TV and it further justifies the high price plus get to use the interactive stat screens and buttons not available on local channels. Fond memories of last time we played the Cards in AZ - we had more Steeler fans than Card fans at the stadium and we took over the entire town of Glendale days up to and following the game. Plus Ben to Wallace 94 yd TD for the record books. Hope we have similar results this home game.

I have Directv. Always get the game plus can switch over to that Chanel with 8 games at once during commercials.
Worth every penny.

WTF?? I looked at the map and was happy I was getting the game in LA. I was laughing that it must suck to live in Fresno since they were getting the Seattle game. Then I read your post and checked my guide and you are correct.

 

I gotta say I'm shocked. I live in the Bay Area and I had assumed they would not run the game against the niners-ravens game but it showed up on my DirecTV guide on channel 2 (decided against the ticket this year). But WTF is up with that island of blue around Fresno?? That is totally odd.

 

Fresno, which is located here in Baja Oregon, is obviously Seattle's International Sister City. No other explanation for this Area 51-like phenomenon. I wonder how this makes the residents of Death Valley, east of Fresno, feel like?

OMG!!! Checked and now it's scheduled to be recorded. Whew!!! Maybe it just took a little longer than normal. Usually the schedule would be updated for me by Thursday.

 

Yes indeed - game switched on Fox affiliate in LA area from late game to early Steeler-Card game. This happened since Thursday. Hope all you SoCal dudes/dudettes take note and stay home or set your DVR while you're out shooting the curl - hate to see you being forced to head over to Hooters or Tilted Kilt and spend good money on watered down drinks. The effective cost of Sunday Ticket just rose another $15 per game with another local channel showing. Wouldn't it be great if one could accrue credits for games blacked out on Sunday Ticket and shown locally or on National cable?

 

Hope nobody's stuck in the mud on Hwy. 58! Glad to see I can use my Sunday Ticket for the late games!
