Just curious how everyone feels about this. Should the Steelers cut him or should they give him time?

Yes, break his knee caps and toss him in a ditch. Wasted draft pick trade.

Right now tell him clean out your locker and get as far away from Pittsburgh as possible. He absolutely blows no way a kicked off the street could do any worse.

How's that work for the draft pick? If he's cut, are they still on the hook for it? I'd welcome back the friendly neighborhood towel dispenser assualter with open arms

As much as I want to, I say he has one more chance, but if he costs us one more no question, he's done.

I say no give him some time but with the added part that they must they must not put the team in a position to have the game decided by him. He is in his head and needs to get kicking at Heinz down. At this point though I am not sure who is out there that is better.

I have 2 things to say.

    1. The defense played their butts off, and I gotta say even the offense did. I find very little about how they played tonight to complain about. The coaching staff lost this game.

    2. Tomlin, you better BACK your decision making up. You don't trust your kicker? Then you MUST cut him. Your decision to throw on 3rd and 2 was a CLEAR statement that you don't trust Scobee.

BACK it up and don't give us your "we own this loss." bs.

We can't have a kicker that we have no confidence in making a 50 yarder to win a game in deep overtime. He has to be gone for that reason alone.

Suidham can't hit 50s either (and Tomlin makes him kick from 45+ regularly. Oh and Ben likes to take sacks in FG range haha.)

Scoble needs to leave. They can ship his things to him. Defense was a beast. The offensive was good the 1st half. 2nd half was full of crap. Offensive coordinators head needs to be on the cutting blocks too. He moved Vick out of the pocket the 1st half and 2nd half he tried to make him a pocket whole, not his strong points. Kicker and OC lost this game.

He has to go. Four missed field goal and an extra point.

He has to go. There is not one player in that locker room talking to him.

This is well said -.especially with how competitive the NFL is overall. How many games come down to a late FG kick.

But who is left on the street? This is our 3rd kicker? Also our run defense between the tackles is horrid, totally unacceptable

Yes. Fire Josh Scobee Immediately. The dude has the yips. MT clearly has no faith in his kicker. He is done until he can find a priest to exorcise the doubting demons from his head.

He is already fired. Not Tonlins fault, OC messed up big time. He changed the game plan in the 2nd half.

Cut him. They have ample time to find a replacement.

That is one thing that irks me... We gave away 2 many draft picks away this offseason for players not helping us.
