They showed those same fans on tv waving their towels and getting pumped up when we had the ball. It was weird. You are right, though, it was mostly a black and gold crowd. When Heath caught the ball it was like being in Pittsburgh.

I am with you on Vick. Not my favorite, but it is what it is.

It was funny watching the jumbo tron with the cameraman zooming in on Rams fans around the dome.
Probably the hardest he's had to work in a while finding Rams fans among all the black and gold.

Great to meet up with Steeler Glenn and Hawkeye! I think the fans started to figure out by the end, the stadium was its loudest on the Rams last drive! Thanks for the invite Glenn!

Glenn thanks for the invite. Great meeting you and Lewisha!! Unreal how many Steeler fans were there, I honestly felt like I was in Pittsburgh. They were doing pre-game intro's and the Steeler fans were drowning out the PA guy. I was in section 440/441 and there were 5 Rams fans in the entire section. The rest of the section were Steeler fans. Awesome experience and seeing us take over STL was awesome!

Unfortunately for Rams fans yesterday showed why they could and maybe should be in LA next year. I would say out of 66k there were maybe 40k in attendance and I would say 20-25k were Steeler fans.

Lol. I think we can say it was the fans who do not frequent the message boards and read news about the steelers everyday, even in the offseason. Wouldn't call them fair weather being Steeler fans, but just excited at the wrong times. Can't blame them getting excited when our awesome offense was on the field.
