Williams is better true runner..edit. Bell is a stud!

    First thing is Bell is a great RB overall.

    Bell could probably be a wr he is so good out there catching the ball.

    But, Williams is better north south runner than Bell. Bell stutter steps at line of scrimmage all the time.


    We are going to have to use both of them the next few weeks.

    For the life of me I can't believe this is a topic of debate.
    After what Bell did last year? He looked good today against a really strong front 7 too.

    I disagree with your thread however I think this part of your post is a good topic for a thread. The running game needs to be utilized creatively and to be a huge part of the offense with Ben out.

    Yeah, Bell and his stutter step - so annoying! I remember watching Barry Sanders play, and I was like, "Quit trying to fake guys out! It'll never work!"

    People are acting like Bell's stutter is Mendy's spin move. The difference? When Bell does it he turns nothing in to something. But he should stop because it's totally unorthodox... Yeah... and Han shot second...

    They probably wanted to let Bell get into game shape with a lot of touches. I'm sure they will sprinkle in some Williams soon. The change up will be a thing of beauty

    Bell needs to stop trying to leap over defenders trying to tackle him, we don't need anymore injuries.

    Bell had 132 of our 259 yards of TOTAL offense, and our only TD.

    He was literally over half our offense today. And people want to criticize him? SMDH

    Their front 7 is beastly, and our o-line SUCKED today. Point fingers elsewhere.

    Bells is clearly better, but if you've gotta have a backup, D Will is an awesome one to have. I do think he could start for several teams out there based on what we saw in weeks 1 and 2.

    I am not bashing him. I think he is the best overall back in league.

    I just like how Williams puts foot in ground and gets the 5/6 yards.

    We need to use him more I think.

    Bell is a stud. I would not trade Bell for any back in NFL!

    No.. The oline was just bad today. Williams wouldn't have done **** either. Ben was hit more today than the previous two games combined.

    Exactly. That, and it's Bell's first game back. Talk about being thrown in the fire. He did as well as we could hope given the situation.

    And once Ben went down, the Rams really pinned their ears back. They practically DARED Vick to throw.
