2015 VA Steel Pick'em

Hey everyone,

It's that time of year again. As you know, the pick'em is integrated into the forum this year, and the pool is now open to join. To join the pool, click on the Pickem link on the navigation bar at the top of every page (or just follow this link). http://thesteelersfans.com/forums/pickem/ There are only a few weeks showing right now. I'll have the rest loaded in soon.

You'll see the open pool there. Join it.

To make your picks, go to the manage your picks tab on the sub-navigation bar. (There's also a drop down menu for it under the main Pickem tab).



From here, click the edit your picks link.





After that, save your picks and you're good to go. Reminders are tied in to the alert system, so, if you're part of the pool and haven't made your picks, you should get a reminder to do so in the middle of the week. (These can be changed in your alert preferences)



There's also an option for email reminders if that's something you need.

This is straight up pick the winner, so no spread is used. The tiebreaker for each week will be the total points of the Monday Night Football game. This will need to be entered in the weekly pickem thread.

There will be a weekly badge for the winner. End of season winner will get a prize TBD. Mostly though, it's about the bragging rights. Let's have fun.

You've already joined the pool. If you click here, you should see the 2015 Regular Season Pick 'Em pool listed under Your Pools. The "No open pools available at this time" message is about other open pools you're not a part of, but there aren't any. If we had a bunch of pools set up there would be more listed there.

Anyway, if you follow the tutorial in my first post, you should be able to make your picks.
