    If you make the 53 day 1 can you go on the PS later? I'm thinking 2 spots need saved for whomever gets bounced when Bell and Bryant come back?

    Absolutely (boy tagging is handy). The player will need to clear waivers of course, but if no one places a claim on him they can be added to the practice squad after the 24 hour waiver period passes. With the 2 "extended" PS spots you can have now, this gives teams more flexibility in that regard, too.
