Tomlin: Lawrence Timmons Out With Turf Toe

Love Timmons and know he his a stud but this is probably the only position we can compensate for a starter going down. Not sure who will call the defense, but I feel Spence and VW98 are more than capable.

Just hope it's not a lengthy injury like many claim.

 

my concern is vince and a nagging hammy. he hasn't played yet so it leaves us even thinner. it's more like shazier and spence and garvin left to play. i'm almost of the feeling right now of having to keep fort over chick and hope chick makes it to the PS until we know more. the next couple of weeks will be huge for this story. we are nowhere near as good without timmons on the field. shazier hasn't shown he can stay healthy yet either. big concerns at this spot right now.

 

Man we are SO on the same page with this!! I hear turf toe and I think end of career for Lambert.

 

I think of the lingering issue of the injury. I would tell him to sit for weeks to get it right. Nagging things hamper.
I'll take vinny will running the show for 6-7 weeks to have Timmons right.

It's not how you start it's how you finish.
5 of the last 9 are divisional games.
8 of 9 are conference games. We can survive a rough start.

 

Things are too quiet here. Does anyone have any idea what's up with LT? This D is bad enough, if Timmons is out we're in deep ****.
