    and the threat of losing a draft pick lingering around all season.

    notice how Pete steps forward first to get back out of the way just like MT did and people flipped their sheets saying he stuck his foot out there blahblah...

    big fine
    lost draft pick
    one game suspension for coach

    the precedent was already set and ALL COACHES KNEW BETTER than to do these shenanigans agains

    If you take Carroll out of the clip, the ref looks like the coolest dad at the disco.

    It will probably be viewed differently than the Tomlin trip attempt because it was Pete's own guy. He deserves a fine though because the ref needs to be able to watch the action on he field while he is running down the sideline, not watching for over exuberant coaches where they shouldn't be.
