How often have we seen management get in trouble for what their subordinates do?

McNally worked for Brady. Period. So anything McNally does wrong is on Brady.

That's the NFL's underpinning in the argument. Brady can say he didn't work for him, but there was direct contact between them and discussions about ball preparation. Sounds like a subordinate to me. (Let's not even get into him saying he didn't even know the guy at first)

Now Brady and Giselle are getting a divorce.
    someone keeps cheating?
Giselle separating herself from a POS subordinate?
    deflated balls?

Why is the judge not issuing a subpoena to the ball boy with the texts?

Long and short of it is this simple fact. No matter what they did with the balls was going to affect any outcome of any game and we all know that.

What gets my goat is the fact that they continue as an org to land in hot water and skate! They're not above the law or policy or moral code or code of ethics... But you wouldn't know it and that's why ol dumb Brady is so damn arrogant! I mean, what's next?

He didn't cooperate in any fashion. I'm starting to think more and more that ol gooddell and dummy do have a plan here and while it's not good for the league or the commissioner as far as the shields integrity is concerned, I'm sure it's nothing more than a last ditch effort to try and save Rogers face on both fronts and earn Kraft and dummy's undying devotion back.

If any of that makes sense... Who knows I just confused myself

Not the Colts game but absolutely has helped them win other games. I hope no one believes this was a one time thing. The outcome of any close game could have been affected by tampering with the pressure. In fact I'd bet the house they benefited the week before against the Ravens. They weren't breaking rules and risking being caught if they weren't benefiting from it.

Can't be a one time thing, just look at Green-Ellis and his fumble rate.

Agreed Blast I'm sure it's been going on awhile. I'm just stating that on their last run, the colts was a gimme the Ravens aaaaaahhhh that's highly debatable and yeah the fumble stats don't lie.... Again why isn't this considered or subpoenaed? Fact is there are facts swimming around, why do they hold no merit in the court since you know, that's where this thing is gonna hang it's hat

Yep, happened to me in Vietnam. I been shooting fire missions for 3 days. Using an 81 MM Mortar. Fighting finally slowed so I took a nap. I woke up when I heard " hang it in the tube" I said Oh Chit chit don't shoot. I heard fire. Then heard the radio operator say shot. Guy on the other end says shot out. I am now fully awake running to my FDC (fire direction center point) I hear splash, guy on the other end says splash out. Then in the distance I hear the round explode BOOM!! Then my radio lights up, WHO THE HELL JUST TRIED TO KILL ME, THIS IS PICKWICK PAPERS 5. I grabbed the handset and said, that'd be me Whiskey 2. He said you find a way to the rear tomorrow and be at my tent at zero 9. The radio operator thought he saw me work fire missions so many times he knew what to do. Any mortar man knows deflection on the sight is red and black. The RO shot black and should have shot ted. Making the round go 180° the other way. The round landed 50 meters from My BN XO. Executive Officer AKA #2 man in the Battalion. We were around Danang and fairly safe so the XO was riding around with his driver, checking on different company positions. He relieved me the next morning then 1 week later he sent my section back out to Hi Van Pass. The Hải Vân Pass (Vietnamese: Đèo Hải Vân, "ocean cloud pass"), is an approximately 21 km long mountain pass on National Route 1A in Vietnam There the guns Two of them had to be 4,000 meters apart. I was the only one who could run two guns that far apart so, the XO finally figured out it wasn't me tried to kill him but a radio operator trying to get his section leader some sleep. The XO also never wrote anything bad in my record. Glad he didn't put me in jail Haha

SO! Brady is guilty as sin!!

Umm, wow! Good war story. I bet some guys can't get the jist of it, but from a Sailor that sat in CIC(Combat Direction Center) during NGFS (Naval Gun Fire Support) qualifications, I can appreciate it!

McNally didn't work for Brady. He was the Pats' officials locker room attendant. Jastremski was the guy who prepped the footballs for Brady.

Brady was on the private jet with Ben Affleck with Affleck's nanny. This ended Affleck's marriage...likely ended Brady's, too.

She was photographed wearing his SB rings. (Why did he have those with him??????)

Yes McNally (The Deflator) was the locker room attendant.

Jastremski was the Assistant Equipment Manager.

Problem is He was the one who was actually prepping the balls according to what Jastremski told him to do. Just so happens that came from what Brady wanted and it is spelled out in the text messages.

I am guessing that most super rich men don't want their cell phone info going public because of extra-curricular stuff on there.
