The fact that the deflategate investigation is taking so long indicates that there is fire in this entire circus? I think the NFL has found something that is incriminating that and needs further verification. If they had found nothing, it would have been done weeks ago. The fact that the NFL had not spoken to Belichick and Brady gives me the thought that NFL has found the whistleblower.

Yup this is what they do.

Stretch it out so everyone just lets it go when you decide, "There's nothing to see, please move along".

We already know there's no way they can have the league champion get busted for systematic cheating again! There's going to be some determination that either the balls weren't actually tampered with or that it was a one off incident with the equipment guy.

    Classic case of :

    Crickets on the deflating footballs......

This is good news for the Kraft's and the NFL.

Now they'll just fine them for doing it in the "one" game they were caught and not have to admit that it was a system in place for cheating over years. Slap them with a fine and loss of a late round pick and be done with the punishment of the jewel franchise in the North with 4 Superbowl's (None of which were influenced at all by any type of rule breaking) and the greatest head coach/QB duo of all time!

When they release the final report it they will report that only one ball was 2 lbs under and that was the ball Indy had on their sidelines. All the other balls were within .3 lbs under. Nothing to see here other than maybe Indy trying to screw over the Pats for kicking their ass three times running.

That's what Sports Illustrated has already reported. Other reports have also said that the balls that were under were just barely under and probably is just because of the weather. I think it was much ado about nothing and people just can't accept the fact that they get their butts kicked anymore. The same thing happens among gamers. Any time someone is getting their butts kicked in Halo or whatever they start whining about "hacking" and "cheating" when it actuality it is just their "sucking" that is the real root cause. If Tom Brady likes the balls to be so deflated so he can throw them better then why would they have deflated the crap out of them in games where they ran it down the Colts' throats and he didn't hardly throw it at all. All of these dumb conspiracy theories are just from stupid and spoiled players and coaches that are not man enough to admit they got their butts kicked. Andrew Luck had the balls he was using set at the "legal" pressure right? Well then why did he only manage 7 points? It MUST be because the balls he WASN'T using were UNDER inflated supposedly. Yeah. That's the reason. LOL.

I see where tom brady and the NFLPA offerd the Nfl a deal , a lesser punishment for Brady, but the NFL Goofdell did not respond to it,, I also heard that a handfull of NFL owners are preassuring OLE Roge, to not to reduce the punishment..

I'd say there are very few owners that would like to see Brady on the field if the truth were really to be told. I still think Goodell will cave down to 2 games.

Putting Goodell in a meeting room with the entire Patriots brass allows for the biggest collection of degenerates and scam artists you could find anywhere.

I am pretty sure they are all working together as a team behind closed doors and trying to find a way to let the Pats off the hook and not make Roger look like he is in bed with Kraft, which he is of course....so that might be tough. I have no doubt that's what is going on right now. I had to laugh though because I just read an article this morning by some columnist that says Roger looks like a soft pushover in these negotiations. Good, I hope it comes out what a sham this whole process is.

Have no doubt. He and Kraft are game planning very hard about how to get Tom's punishment as low as possible without causing a league wide mutiny against himself. If he had it his way, Brady and the Pats would get zero punishment.
