I for one like where we are heading. The league is changing. We drafted fast ball hawkers. You can't play physical anymore. Lord knows Flacco loves heaving and praying for PI's.

This is what I think.
Our D line will be the strength. Butler wants them to go after the QB. Our linebackers will be speedy and fast, better for covering. I think our secondary will be "good enough" to get the job done as long as our front 7 generate some pressure. All in all I think the D is built to compliment our explosive offense. Get the ball back, score, keep opposing offense off field.

Brown had good things to say about golson. Blake is a shrimp but he plays hard and with a lot of heart. I think Cortez Allen will be better.

 

Suffice it to say, I think the D might surprise us some this year.

Basing an assessment of a player's ability to perform in a professional sports league, involving multiple skills and athletic requirements, solely on the basis of one statistic - their height - is pretty foolish in my opinion.
