Brady's suspension will be overturned

Aaaaand something more to embarrass the Chowder Heads. All along they've been questioning the legitimacy of the Wells Report because of their relationship with the NFL and Exponent, but their own counter report uses technical analysis from an expert who has financial ties to the Krafts. These Chowder Heads cant get out of their own way.

Picture this. It's opening night in the NFL. Media circus everywhere you look. Pop artist singing during 4 hours of pregame coverage. Bob Kraft in his press box at the 50 yard line. Roger Gooddell at the opposing 50 yard line and Tom Brady sitting on his couch while they raise the banners and half the stadium empty but in parking lot having puppeteer hangings of Gooddell.
What a black eye and a fiasco that would be.

I can actually see them reduce the suspension to two games but it will be games 3 and 4 on their schedule just to avoid the above situation. If not, Kraft will make sure that Gooddell wets himself again.

I kno the rebutle the Pats released today, talked about the "Deflater" txt was abt loosing weight but kno mention about the txt that goes " F#% Brady ill blow the ball up bigger than a balloon" or somthing to that extent i guess they wanted to leave that one out of the rebutle

 

I've had the feeling all along that somehow, someway Brady plays in the opener.

 

Here's something that recently hit me. What is a "locker room attendant" doing with needles? Maybe it's been glossed over, or maybe Im just a little slow (<---most likely) but that is extremely significant and yet I haven't heard anyone raise this question. Maybe Kraft's lawyers can explain it as Mr. Mcnally was using heroin as a weight loss supplement?

Here's a (conspiracy) theory, this deflator guy was actually deflating them on the field. As much as everyone thinks that it couldn't have happened there because of all of the eyes and cameras on the sidelines, I disagree. Who gives a ratsass about some middle aged locker room attendant roaming the sidelines? No one is going to even think about looking at him. If you were watching for shenanigans, you're going to be focused on the QBs first, then the equipment guys. No one is thinking about the fat guy in sweats that no one can identify. He's the last one people would look at. I contend that deflating a ball on the sidelines would be quite an easy thing to do. Needles are easy to hide in your pocket or in the palm of your hand. You simply stay as far away from Brady as possible and mingle with other players/staff talk and throw catch. Just be real patient and nonchalant. Very simple with practice. Hmmm.

Or maybe it's just that my choo-choo has gone of the tracks?

 

The "Deflator" is fat. Yea, that's it. He's fat I tell ya, that's the reason he is called the Deflator. "Quotes" from the Cheatriots lawyers

The Cheats rebuttal claims that the texts where JJ says that "I talked to "him" last night....." and about being stressed out "getting them done" is about McNally selling tickets.

But um, fellas, you may want to read texts immediately preceding and following where it's CLEAR they're talking about "Tom" and the deflation of balls. And this whole convo took place in less than 2 1/2 minutes.

Since it must have been foreseen that the asinine Pats/Brady would fight this overly fair penalty (thus costing the NFL more millions) it seems odd other types of penalties weren't included? Could Tom / Bill / Kraft have been slapped with a lifetime ban from the football HoF? Not a darn thing they could do about that.... who knows what/how many career games were won by cheating and given that they continued to flagrantly damage game integrity, after getting caught once - it seems warranted. It's also the only penalty that might make an impact on these smug hyper-millionaire profligate cheaters.

 

I still have a poster of Tom Green hanging in my gameroom. He is one of my all time heroes. LOL.

That just may send Pastry fans off the deep end. And in fairness, it is a load of BS.

Funny thing is that the collective bargaining agreement lets this happen. The one that the Pastries voted for and the Steelers DID NOT. You get what you deserve....

 

I'd say that the only reason Goodell is presiding is that he can end the appeals by presiding as he has the ultimate decision. As dysfunctional and inconsistent as Goodell has been.... it's hard to say what his decision ends up being. Put an end to it, he's a friggen cheater and I'm sick of watching more Patriots TV in May. Sheesh.

 

I thought it was just me. All week, NFLN has been ALL BRADY ALL THE TIME! Nonsense.

 

Everyone is criticizing him for hearing the appeal, but I think this is how it is going to end...

He's going to reduce Brady to two and keep the fine but give back the draft picks. This way the NFL can claim the Pats were punished, Kraft and Brady can claim a victory, he can look impartial, and this whole thing can end.

Win/win/win/win

 

It will not end. Brady will still take it to court.

 

So now players can throw a fit and get the arbitrader they want, I heard yesterday the pats where dissapointed, that Goofdell was hands off and let someone else decide there punishment, and they thought he should have had been more involved,, ...N ow that he is involveld they are whining about that..

 

So recently I've been studying for my CLD's, which I passed today, WOO HOO, and haven't had time to keep up with all this crap. So this is something I'm curious about. There is a "required" air pressure right but it is like a 2lb window right? So are they saying that Tom UNDER inflated the balls to what is below the "required" pressure AFTER having them inspected? Or are not allowed to take ANY air out PERIOD after the refs have checked them? Even if it is to just get them to a pressure within the legal limit that he is more comfortable with? I think it is the first but I just want to be sure I understand exactly what is going on here.
