Given how they worded it "for violating the integrity of the game" he better serve the full four games. There should be no reduction do to good behavior since he has shown o regard for following the rules up and until this point. Plus I would still like a public admission of guilt even if it is just him saying that his thoughts had been misconstrued by these bunch of idiots.

Just read the USA today article as well. The letter to Marsha said that they would guarantee the privacy of all his other electronic communications,just to get a look at his texts and he still denied them,punishment should have been worse.....Someone should deflate the tires on their landing gear on their next charter.

 

Daaaaaaaang. That's a pretty rough treatment but I guess since they've had a prior history that probably went against them as well. Doesn't this mean that the TWO largest fines in NFL history now reside with the Pats? Spygate was $500,000 and that was a record right? And now this. I wonder if Bill will be allowed to make a trade and get a first rounder back or does this mean that under no circumstances can they have a first round pick? Like do they lose "their" first rounder or "a" first rounder?

 

i think they lose their first rounder ..they can trade some of their others rounds picks to go back in the first

 

I can i said all along i thought he would be suspended 4 games,...... I dont think Goofdell had a choice but to suspend him... he was in between a rock and a hrd place... now set back and watch the pats fumbles increase nxt year

 

Not so sure freak. Lots of info was being read on nfl network but I think it was said if the have multiple picks in either round the forfeit the higher pick and are not allowed to trade. Not sure on the details.

 

DO/DID they have two first rounders nxt year??
