2015 NFL Draft Discussion Thread [No Steelers Spoilers]

I saw that they closed out round 5 by selecting " Robert Meyers "...that's cool. I was more worried about the Ratbirds calling up Robert's Brother MICHAEL...and telling him that he was drafted by Baltimore....then I would be REALLY Scared for Big Ben.

He didn't fit our team regardless. I'm glad for him. I'm sure he will be All-NFL 1st Hot Tub team!!!

 

Damn it , I got home from wrk about 10;30 , this morning, ,took a shower , ,laid down for a sec and ended up falling alsleep, , I just woke up and find out we are on pick 6??.. what the hell did the Steelers trade up a lil ,in the 4th or 5th?... , How are are 4TH and 5th picks did the Steelers reach or are they a good value? ? any feedback is appreacted

No trade ups, but Grant was projected to be a 2-3rd pick.

 

We have two picks in the 6th so this should be interesting. At this point, I'd take a flier on Ifo or maybe even the LSU tackle.

 

Have to be honest, I figured the defense would have more picks by this point. Yet, I still would like to see the left side of the OL addressed.

 

Why has Ifo dropped so far? I thought he would go 3rd or 4th

 

We play enough 4-3 that would make him a decent choice, especially in the 5th or 6th round.

 

Apparently Ifo's knee injury was more severe than previously thought.

False. Golson doesn't start over William Gay. He might start over Allen if he doesn't recover

Holliman from Louisville had 14 ints, but his tackling sucks.

 

I think with many of you here...gotta be a Safety. I like Prewitt. Smith is also good, but not really our type of scheme player. The Syracuse kid who the Steelers scouted Eskridge. But I think yeah it will be a safety in this round, and maybe a SURPRISE player with the other 6th rounder....How aboubt " SLASH 2.0 with Michigan QB/WR " Devin Gardner " ???

 

I think the ones I had listed in the 5th are still available.
