I am beginning to think he may be right. Looks like we wanted Williams and when Ozzie jumped us we had no backup plan and made a panic pick of a (at best) third round prospect. Ugh

I like the pick, we as fans have been beating the drum for a high pick at corner. I'm not going to complain when they do it. Welcome to the black and gold. I think the smaller CBs draw less PI flags because they can stay with the receiver with quickness. He is on the shorter side but can do good with positioning.

Wow! Just, Wow! Nothing like another undersized defender that has no chance of becoming a true #2 corner! Really? A slot guy at pick #2? There's no BPA on your board than a 5'8" guy?

Forget the size. The guy is solid and a ball hawk. Surprised we took him in the 2nd though.

See my next post to small with the recievers getting bigger every year......to much of a reach here in the second, could have traded back for more picks and still got him.

They usually rotate teams that have the same record and such each round. Thats why TN picked before TB at the top of the round.

Outplayed, they were not prepping for anyone other than Williams there. It's obvious. Crazy to think their board was listed that way! If it was then I'm more concerned.

Yes he does have Ball skills and hands. But he also goes away from his coverage area a lot, and gets caught. He is very good and productive yes. But his lack of size...not height leads me to possible Dri Archer durability concerns.

At BEST he will be our next " Deshea Townsend ".....I hope.

I am not going to complain. I absolutely love his skills. If he were 2 inches taller and 15 lbs heavier, he'd have been an easy 1st rounder. When the ball is in the air, it's HIS.

He's not just short, he's barely over 170 lbs. He's Dri Archer sized.
