2015 tickets question

My wife and I are planning our first trip to Pittsburgh for the oct.1 game against the Ravens. Have the airline tickets and hotel already set, just curious about how difficult will it be to come up with tickets for the game itself, without having to mortgage my kids. Kinda early, but have to start somewhere. Thanks

You wont have any trouble getting tickets either on Stub Hub or NFL ticket exchange. That's a Thursday night game right, should be even easier.

Yup as Glenn pointed out you won't have any trouble. This might be the game I get to this year if I go. Last year was the first game I ever saw which was not a divisional game. My favs are the Ravens game. Just wish it was not a Thurs game.. Damn

Thats the truth. In 05 I took my Dad to his first NFL game when the Steelers played the Vikings. We drove down from Grand Forks, ND and it was like a Steeler fan convoy headed for Minneapolis. THat was the game Mike Tice was upset about because we made it a hime game by taking over the dome. Great memories.

 

I was there also thorn, there was absolutely no smack talk from vikings fans AT ALL! I was walking in concouse, and overheard a couple of vikes fans complain about all the black and gold in the stadium. It was so much fun, and I met a ton of steeler fans from all over the country

Aside from being on a Thursday night, the Ravens game typically sells well and tickets cost a little more. Partly because of the rivalry, and partly because the Ravens fans buy tickets. Plus on October 1, it is still very good weather on average. If you can find fair tickets, I wouldn't waste much time.

I think I read that single game tickets were going on sale June 1, but I can't find it now. They tend to be hard to get.
