Just a note here when people tell me Harrison is washed up and he didn't get many sacks... I say this:

    1. Other than him we pretty much had no pass rush, he gets doubled a lot or gets help from lineman.

    2. Even then he gets held a lot.... and I mean A LOT.

    3. If you pay attention he bulldozes the lineman or TE like nothing, I'm talking about guy sliding backwards like on ice.

    4. I think I saw Andrew Whitworth contain him but he's pretty good.

    5. Harrison is 36 years old and is an above average LB. I wouldn't say elite because he can't cover anymore but for pass rushing...imagine if we had another good pass rusher?

I ran into him this past weekend and this guy is a monster! He has muscles on top of muscles on top of muscles! I worked out 'with' him in the Bellagio gym and he went for 90 minutes on the tread mill with no breaks - no shyt!

    I'm stoked he'll be back!

He actually seems as strong or stronger than last year. Did you happen to see the video lately of him pushing around 1050 lbs for 15 yards? Not at all suprised how much coverage he demands based on his push.

I've said this before, but besides being a guy who has superior strength and conditioning, Deebo is also a guy who really didn't start playing a lot of snaps until he was 28 or 29 years old, so though he is 36 it is a 36 year old with less wear and tear on it than Troy had at 32.

I think he's stronger than any other linebackers, with the possible exception of Suggs who is close. I think the only defenders who can match his power are down linemen.

No way. Suggs has 3 inches and 20 pounds on Harrison, but he's not as strong. Especially if we're talking about younger James - not that he's necessarily weaker now, but he was more explosive 5 years ago. JH has to be pound-for-pound the strongest player I've ever seen, and he's also stronger than most guys that have many more pounds.

I would agree with this, he should be in the carnival circuit.
