    Guys like Wallace are important on a team, but they just can't be your #1 target and you can't pay them like one. The important thing they do is take the top off a coverage and keep defenses honest.

    Ravens fans are finding that out with Torey Smith. They were expecting him to become Larry Fitzgerald this year, an all around #1. But Smith really only runs a few routes well, is a good deep threat basically, and is a body catcher just like Wallace.

    That why I really prefer great route runners with great hands over speed. I mean that's pretty much Hines Ward, although he did have some speed when he was younger.

    I wonder if the Patriots take a look at Wallace trying to get that deep threat a la Moss. I'd love to see some Steeler DB take off Wallace's head if they play next year.
