Harrison would have had an exit interview where this would have been discussed. Both sides know where they stand.

There are a bunch of Evel Knievels around here with the leaps being made lately.

Why the surgery? To fix it and live a normal life. I know guys who ripped up their shoulders and they said it was more painful than anything they ever went through. It was only after surgery that they could even come close to having a decent life. I am not saying Keisel won't be back, just saying him having surgery doesn't mean he will be.

One of the odd remarks in the article was that he would be "greatly coveted." By whom? I do believe he can offer value in the Steelers' 3-4 system, but he already demonstrated that his value in other Ds, like Cinci, was not that great. The writer has to be ignorant or high to write that. #92 offers value to the Steelers but he won't come back to play anywhere but there, period. I am sure they already have a verbal agreement on how this will go. Bet on it. I doubt James is embarking on his workout journey without a verbal understanding with the Steelers.

For some reason, when I was very young, I always used to get Evel Knievel confused with Manfred Mann. Led to some disappointments, I can tell you.

I wanted to be Evel Knievel when I was a kid. Heck, I still wanted to be him as a teenager.

Let's hope for our sake he comes back. He may go to the Titans with Lebeau. If both him and Worilds are gone, we are really hurting.

Harrison needs to take Jarvis and Shazier with him to Arizona to work out.

Currently its Kameron Wimbley and Derrick Morgan.

I doubt Harrison would supplant Morgan... not sure about Wimbley. Also not sure what their contract status is for either.

I thought it was highly unlikely we would get 92, or 99 back, last year...

And we didn`t, until after injuries, forced our hand...

I think it`s even more unlikeley we will this year, but I am holding out hope.

I believe both of them still have lot to offer, and would not "hold our young prospects back"...

Rather, they can provide leadership, depth(rotating players, keeps them fresh), and competent, (or better) play on the field.

I really doubt either will be back, but I would be happy if they were!:yeehaw:

    GO STEELERS!!!

p.s. Loved the Evel Kenievl vids!!!

The ORIGINAL "Extreme games"!!! Before it became a "thing"!!!
