I wouldn't be surprised if he wound up suspended. I hate for him to miss a game or two but he deserves it. Maybe this will keep him on the straight and narrow. Did he actually get off light for having a DUI? Those are really serious down here and people can even lose their license for a year. After a few of them they can even be put in jail for a long time.

DWI is an automatic license suspension, not sure about DUI. In these parts anyway.

Driving while intoxicated and driving under the influence. Under the influence is deemed the lesser offense of the 2.

And I should have added above, its an automatic year suspension of your license for a DWI.

Yeah I don't know if they have DWIs here either. I'm thinking they do though. Gary Rossington said "if you're gonna drink and drive drink milk and stay alive". Good advice.

Most people around here just call things "DUI's" and I wouldn't be surprised if there are the same rules down here. Like I'd say there's a distinction here too but I just don't know for sure.

I don't think there's a difference, States just refer to it differently. I may be wrong as the only two states I have worked in call it DUI (Driving Under the Influence).

Interesting how States are different in laws that seem similar.

I had to go check since it's been a while since I've had to worry about being pulled over for drinking. DWI is still used for drinking and driving here and DUI is now referred to as DWAI Driving while ability impaired.

The automatic year suspension of your license for a DWI is only if you are over .18 though, otherwise the penalty is less.

There was an article on CBS that the Steelers vs NE would most likely be the kickoff game for next season. Would suck if there was no Bell or Blount in that game.

I could deal with no Blount. I think that would be a good thing really.

Two games without Bell is gonna be a rough couple games. I was just thinking what might a trade for Christine Michael cost. He's been buried behind Lynch and Turbin for the last two years even though I've heard he looks good in practice . I really liked him when he was coming out.

    A 4th rounder maybe?

And Bell will be suspended by the Liar for 2 games as Blount will enjoy no penalty due to the fact he is a Cheatriot and the Liar and WitchKraft are bestest buddys. Just watch as Deflate Gate gets squashed due to the fact they can't find the elusive needle...
