Well, since it's that time of year again (since we breathe football year round), I ran this draft simulator. Post yours in the thread!

ALABAMA - If there had been a "trade down" option, I would've considered it and picked up extra picks with the 1st round selection. Amari Cooper wouldn't be too realistic unless his elevator plunged as he was leaving his hotel for Radio City Music Hall, but I went BPA here since he's about as "can't miss" as there is in this draft.

bell Okla. TE big ex QB that could be the 3rd qb option opening up a spot. can be a wildcat option also. versatile guy.
hicks Tex. OLB/ILB nice looking LB that makes plays from the outside or inside. reminds me a little of JH against the run crashing down inside from OLB.

Ifo Olomu CB Oregon - first round talent who slipped due to injury. Huge value in the 4th imo. Locks down the slot when healthy.

Kenny Hilliard RB LSU - bruising RB, will help spell LeVeon

Eric Lefeld OT Cincy - 6'6" 309 prospect for Munchak, has frame to grow

Adrian Amos S Penn State 7 PBUs and 3 INTs. some clay for Special teams and Coach Lake

 

Welp, IMO you're in the lead so far...

 

Simulator didn't give me too many options at TE. Except in the 4th, I think Koyak (SP?) was there. It was pretty fun though, but I'll admit the later rounds had me scratching my head on some of the guys left!! Makes you want to do more research.

A lot of you had OLB Lorenzo Mauldin. I wasn't familiar with him, so I looked him up on walter football.com

Lorenzo Mauldin, 3-4OLB, Louisville
Height: 6-4. Weight: 244.
Projected 40 Time: 4.84.
Projected Round (2015): 2-3.
12/13/14: Mauldin was moved to outside linebacker this season, and that is the realistic home for him for the NFL unless he can add a significant amount of weight. Mauldin has performed well in his position change. He racked up 45 tackles with 13 tackles for a loss, 6.5 sacks, three passes broken up and a forced fumble in the 2014 regular season. Mauldin is quick off the edge with some nice pass-rushing technique.

8/23/14: Mauldin is a speed rusher who needs to add weight for the NFL. Otherwise, he'll have to move to outside linebacker. In 2013, Mauldin formed a dynamic duo with teammate Marcus Smith coming from the other side. Mauldin had 9.5 sacks, 40 tackles, 12 tackles for a loss, three forced fumbles and four passes broken up. In 2012, he was a backup who totaled 4.5 sacks.

I didn't get to see any Louisville games this year.

 

i went with mauldin because if you don't take an olb in the first round in the second is the only good available .. that's for the simulator .. in reality i don't know ..
