A little Brady love?

 

If that bothers you all year, you're priorties are out of place.

 

The pass to LeFell was a gorgeous pass, no doubt.

But when we talk about "vintage" Brady...what that means is throwing 2-yard passes on 3rd and 6 and then watching the WR wrestle for the first down. And then getting the credit for it. In all of my years of watching the NFL, I have never seen a QB get the kudos for what his WRs and TEs do with the ball like Brady does. The NE offense is pure, 100% execution from all 11 men. I don't believe the Rats got a finger on him the second half. I'm sure Brady will somehow get credit for the Edelman TD pass, as well.

 

He did set Edelman up with a nice lateral

 

Let's be clear here....

This game was a no win for any of us posting here. So, either way it went we're all still unhappy with the outcome!

Me too. I actually play up my Brady fandom just for fun. I do think he's gonna wind up the second greatest qb of all time though.

 

I think it's all in "Steelers season over" fun.

 

On a more technical note, I read in the media a lot of "love" for Flacco after the Ravens win, because he went deep on the Steelers when Ben didn't. Well, he went deep tonight in a situation where he didn't need to. I don't know who called the play, but my guess is that Flacco made that boneheaded move on his own. The Rats were moving the ball, at will, with Daniels and Forsett. With 1:40 left, why go deep? Even if it's a TD, it gives Brady WAY too much time to at least get in FG range. Just dumb dumb dumb.

 

I just figured they were trying to draw a flag. That was a great defensive play for sure.

 

that's what i thought too they had 4 downs drive to go near the endzone without a big problems

 

I saw a stat the other day,( Since Flacco has been in the league PI calls has been abot 30% of there offence and it adds up to around 1500 yrds per season) lol, Of course espn was praising Balt for this saying that they where best in the NFL at doing it.. lol

 

I posted something in the other forum about it. Didn't do anything in depth, but looking at the yardage they get comparatively with the numbers of calls they're getting shows the disparity...

Brady is an arrogant bastard, which is why I wanted the Ravens to beat his ass.

 

There is absolutely, 100%, no way this is true. Total penalty yds by the Ravens opponents was barely 1000 yds this year. That's includes, offsides, personal fouls, off holding everything. I doubt PI makes up even half the yardage.

 

I didn't want the rats to win and didn't want the cheats to win. I just couldn't win today. I do not think either the donkeys or colts can beat the cheats,

Someone should ask him if he thinks throwing the ball up just to get a penalty is cheap as well.
