Steelers Vs. Jets Gameday Thread

Same here, Seems when we are getting NATIONAL MEDIA coverage we just lay a egg in the upcoming game.. i coudnt turn the tv on or get n FB with out a story abought the Steelers. this week/ first time in 3 years we have been the flavor of the week. Bottom line is for some reason we just don/t play well against loosing teams.....

Yep. Got sucked up by the play action on that long touchdown pass. Looked like he was supposed to single high safety. Only 1 receiver on that play. Guess that's what 5 million a year buys you these days...

Did Haley get found culpable in those things? I knew there was talk of it but I never heard like what happened in the end of those things. Did he wind up having to pay a lot or something?

 

The last I heard he was ordered to pay the guy over the dog thing and the lawsuit for the house had gone to arbitration. Never saw any details concerning the arbitrators decision.

It isn't getting off the band wagon. It is pissed off at stupidity. We're trailing and Ben is using the entire 40 second clock. Doing his peyton manning imitation. Tomlin and Haley not making them hurry. Wheaton catching a ball, falling and laying there when he could have made a break for the sideline, 5 yards away. That is just a few dumb ass moves

 

I agree with that. With as many bad losses as the Steelers have, I don't believe they take ANYONE lightly anymore.

The chilling part is.....it doesn't make a difference....

 

I would agree with him. Why with a good front 7 and bad secondary we didn't go long all day is beyond me. We are on to Tennessee.

Dick Haley and Raz Felton are cousins from Midway/McDonald area same as Marvin Lewis
Hayley and Felton are also my cousins. I met Felton in 1989 at an aunts funeral. Dat boy ain't wrapped too tight. Never met either Hayley

 

I've been on a roller coaster ride since I got the tickets to that game. This is just the kind of team we love to lose to and the Titans live to beat us.
