Steelers Vs. Jets Gameday Thread

Thinking about the last set of O plays there was 9+ minutes on the clock from the 1 yrd line instead of using clock why not throw it 3 times into the end zone if needed.

 

I've said several times our offensive line are not road graders. They can't move anybody off the ball. They are a finesse group. We should just spread it out when we get down their and throw it.

 

I get when officials miss things....but when they call things that don't happen, it does make you wonder....

Where is the awareness in the playcalling? I know earlier they got heat for not running it more in the red zone, bit did anyone look at the Jets front there and think running it up the gut would work?

 

Is Mike Pouncey's contract up? He'd make a good left guard.

 

They literally burned time off for the Jets last series...

 

There are no words for me to describe agony of watching a Steelers lb whiff in the backfield. I know Harvin is fast but in recent history even that hasn't mattered.

 

We would all have to chip in our piggy bank savings to help pay him.

So this year we've lost to a 0 win team and now a 1-8 team.

 

We ran a pass play to Deebo on the goal line while down 17 in the 4th quarter. The refs are literally the least of our problems.

 

And Mike Mitchell jumps up, pumps his fist and says 4th down......

 

If we don't replace Tomlin and the GM, then this team is destined for mediocrity. There is no way in hell this team was prepared for this game. Tomlin is just awful.

 

At this point lets just get out of here with no injuries to either team and regroup for Monday night.

 

I think we would have lost even if Geno had played today. We just looked horrible.
