Wow, surprised no Mountain. I figured he'd still get some snaps even with McLendon back.

Is McCullers hurt...i can't recall? If he's not, then not giving him a helmet is a bonehead move. Given how their o-line stole our d-line's lunch money the last game.

I agree , if McCullers isnt hurt, then this is flat out a bad move. Ventrone is hurt so McCullers could have his hat this week. I just dont understand some of these moves sometimes....of course if Mountain is injured....well then nevermind.

Don't believe McCullers is hurt. He only played 4 snaps last week. His absence shouldn't really be noticed.

    1. Sure glad I did not see this thread prior to the game.

    2. Sure glad tPS did the job and won the game. Other wise him being not active would surely have been the reason for not winning.

    3. Sure glad everyone active played and contributed except Grad which is understandable. Too bad though tPS could really not get comfortably ahead enough to get Grad some mop up work. Might have been a good idea to let Ben watch those freaking _____'s [ravens] work from the sideline just a wee bit.:smiley1:

    4. Archer got in for at least 2 plays. [I was thinking he not Big Dan would be the other inactive] Ventrone who was hurt and C. Hubbard who rarely sees the field were easy] After the Worilds interception the following happened.

    2-3-BLT 23-----(6:16) (Shotgun) D.Archer up the middle to BLT 19 for 4 yards (D.Tyson).
1-10-BLT 19----(5:30) (Shotgun) B.Roethlisberger pass deep left to M.Bryant for 19 yards, TOUCHDOWN.
    ------------------BLT 7 PIT 14, 3 plays, 30 yards, 1:31 drive, 9:36 elapsed

---This TD was a big part of the stunning momentum shift. Must admit it did look like tPS were overmatched and outclassed again like in the first game prior to the fumble and interception.

From there Pit matched the intensity and physicality of the Ravens, which was really good to see, and then just did the job and outscored them looking close to awesome in the process.

But, does it all happen without that 4yd 1st down run? Who knows?

McCullers is really popular with the fans. I also figured he would be active for the game. IDNK he only played 4 snaps in the Indy game. Last week, there were almost as many threads on him as the QB. 4 snaps? You sure about that?
