As I can agree with you, but we have other areas that need help. Cornerback is one that could use a top 10 pick. Cortez sucks and Ike is on the wrong side of 30 and coming off an injury and he sucks. lol. I guess it will be a toss up come draft day.

We have the best line coach in the league, Thorn, if he can't get them playing well, its talent.

It depends on what they are asking them to do. They have high draft picks, solid athletic players and three different line coaches in three years and yet you see the same problems. What is lacking here? Are they being put in a position to succeed? Why is it other teams can take undrafted guys off the street and have them play at a level that makes you scratch your head and wonder why the Steelers can't? The Browns, and that right there makes me throw up a bit in my mouth lost their probowl center and plugged in a guard and pulled a guy off the bench to play guard and didn't miss a beat. The Steelers lose a tackle or a guard and fall apart or have to scrap an entire blocking scheme because of it. What is the common denominator here? Is it Talent? is it Scheme? Coaches, Players? what? I'm tired of the approach of we are going to do what we do. Make a plan, make it fluid so you can adjust, and above all smack the egos out of every guy on this team and get them pulling in the same direction. So yeah Ben if Todd calls a three step drop and a quick throw to Moore, then do it, don't pout and think you know better and can make a better throw down field, STFU take three steps and make the same throw that a kid in peewee football can. It's not about your highlights its about the team winning

3 different coaches in 3 years is part of the problem. By no means have I given up on Munch yet, but aside from Pouncey and DD, he doesn't have much to work with. Foster is what he is, I'm hoping he can make something of Gilbert but they need a bona fide LT. If Gilbert doesn't pan out, they need 2 tackles.

Ok so if it's the players, what is the solution? We have been mediocre at best for three years. If we continue to put no talent players on the field, doesn't that fall on the coaches?

Our problem is the lack of leadership, focus and heart. We have plenty of talent, yet we are the most underachieving team in the NFL. This lies squarely on the shoulders of Mike Tomlin.

We we have totally jumped the shark. We used to be great, and now our proud franchise is one of the worst teams in the NFL. Let's face it...we are in for some awful years ahead if MT remains at the helm. And this just downright sucks. Really hate to see Big Ben have a few good remaining years literally pissed away.

A new HC could turn this team around quickly. New culture. New attitude. Prime example...look what Harbaugh did in San Fran. He took over a hapless team from Singletary, and turned them into consistent winners...OVERNIGHT.
