Would you want to spend 7-8 mil/yr on a coach that the team might not make the playoffs again?

Is MT resigned? What year is he in in his contract? Don't the Steelers try to resign them early?I think he needs to start earning his money.

I would keep Tomlin but he will be on notice. I would ask Lebeau to retire, i'll give Haley one more year only because Ben is close to the end of his career and I would let our WR coach go. Only receiver that seems to be developed is AB and that's not because of him.

 

And you would keep Tomlin because you think he is a good coach? I think you need a clean sweep, there are no parts of this team that has been playing good and consistent for sometime time now, Defense, Offense, And Special Teams

 

Nope thru June to August timeframe of 2016, but he won't last that long.

We got rid of BA and he is doing fine. Maybe the Steelers system needs to change for us to start on a winning streak. BA has all old coaches so it is not Dick that has to go, maybe some other people like the guy that says the same thing at every press conference, and some others under him. Also Colbert needs to go. I think the front office is telling the Rooney's what they want to hear but if the Rooney's are watching the same s**t that we watch every week they should know better.
