    First, a new offensive coordinator.

A rock, with some common sense, could utilize our offense much better.
We should never score less than 24, which would give the defense a rest (Yes, we have folks who are inadvertently blaming the defense, duh?).

I swear, if it's Tomlin again next year, I'm not watching a single Steelers game. I'm done. I can't take this team anymore.

I've never been on the bandwagon of Tomlin coaching Cowhers team and I'm still not nor will I ever, it's about now and it's clear that Tomlin is not at all a good fit for an nfl head coach

enjoy your blackout next year :(

I doubt that the Rooneys will shítcan Coach Cliché unless the team manages to lose every remaining game this year

I'd LOVE to have Jim Harbaugh here. Two Harbaugh Bowls per season! Yeah!

    Fail this year out.
Replace both coordinators, Tomlin goes on hot seat.

Thats probably true. Call it a knee jerk reaction, but I'd love to wake up tomorrow to hear the Tomlin and Lebeau were axed. Munch promoted to interim HC and Lake DC. Why? Because atleast that would make stuff interesting. Funny thing is, I remember the irrelevant years when we had no talent, just heart. Now that we have and have had talent (not everywhere mind you) for awhile, we keep up the .500 ball.

Maybe were spoiled etc... But this team like it or not is historically behind the times. We got by on never breaking the bank but now we break it on the wrong guys. We got by on continuity, at the cost of keeping some personnel around too damn long.

Time to shake things up and deal with the outcome, a cleansing is required like it or not.

There is not a doubt in my mind it will be Mike Tomlin.

There is also not a doubt in my mind that Mike Tomlin is not a good HEAD football coach and does not have a clue how to get this team back on the right track!

I agree. Tomlinson will be back, but he better have new coordinators. Rex Ryan will be fired but would be an awesome d-coordinator for us.

English not your first language? I thought my post was self-explanatory. It has nothing to do with punishing Tomlin, it has to do with the fact that I can't even stand watching this team anymore. If the Rooney's refuse to fix the problem this off season, I'm not going to continue to let them ruin my Sundays by having to watch one of the worst teams in the league, despite a boat load of talent
