Good article. Maybe we've found a diamond in the rough. And first pick six since...

    ...never mind! :lolol:

Hahahahaha... Let him play. Even when everyone was screaming about the to he gave to Benjamin against Carolina, he was in position. A situational thing he can fix, but he was right there... Just a nano second late at being able to bat the ball. He isn't any worse than what we got and we know what that is. Get him some more snaps and get Richardson a hat while were at it.

And Benjamin has about 8 inches on him too. If he used his knees to catch the ball, McCain would have had a shot.

Watch the play, he was there. A fist bump would've broke it up, height had 0 impact. I'm stating the kid has ran with him and was there. As opposed to our guys getting burned or PI'd trying to cover when one safety hovers the line of scrimmage and the other Has yet to figure out where he's me supposed to be.

Oh I remember the play well. I was thinking "man, Benjamin would have made Ben a nice RZ target!". And you are correct, McCain was in position and nearly made the play.

I was wanting them to take Benjamin all offseason. I felt he was the most ready to contribute for what he'd be asked to do right from the start. The man's a beast of a receiver more of a TE really.

The fact that he almost made the play against a guy that size is a plus.

Seeing that live was awesome!! I wish we would have pulled away sooner but a win is a win. We just need to work on our discipline and we will be fine

The pick was great and we needed it after Ben fumble the ball. But let's not crown this guy as the next coming of Rod Woodson.

no word of webb either. he is at least 5-11. I will say they are starting to improve as a unit which is pretty much what I expected. as the season goes I hope we keep seeing improvement across the board giving us something to grow on as a defense. it should make it easier to see what we need to do come draft time next year.

I need to see more from him, before thinking he's on the rise.

I'm with you, I haven't really witnessed him playing at an all around high level.

Getting a pick 6 was awesome and I loved every second of it, but that one play doesn't mean he playing better all around

Exactly. Cortez Allen has had two picks in two games, but he still stinks.

I feel the same about McCain as I did about the team after the Carolina game. Gonna take more than just one game to convince anyone you're legit...Tampa game was proof of why

I'd love nothing more than to see McCain take Ike's place next year!

He also had seven tackles and 3 pass defended. I'll take that stink every game.

On another note , I read ( oh there I go again :smiley1: )that on 93.7 they were talking about McCullers, using words like immovable and destructive in practice. Maybe he gets a shot soon too....is there a hand wringing emoticon? (Insert here).

D.L. Said his hats coming soon. Along with more from tuitt. As far as McCain goes, why not. All I've ever wanted from this team outside of wins is someone new to change the *****ing and moaning up when the guy before them ain't getting it done.

He's also missed several tackles and been scored and picked on constantly. He still smells.
