Ever wondered what a Gameday thread looks like?

Below are comments made from one of our board members who shall remain nameless. I was actually taken back a bit about how negative the comments were from one single poster. Everyone is negative from time to time and given the state of this team in certain games it's little wonder fans get down on this team.. Being negative all the time is kind of waste of energy in my estimation.. Enjoy.. I found it very entertaining. There was one positive comment and a few neutral from this poster. And the only positive one was actually coherced LOL

This is going to be a long afternoon

Maybe we need to go down 10 nothing like last week in order to get motivated

Is it too much to ask for a three and out against one of the worst teams in football

I wish he was I wish he was our head coach

For those of you that thought this game was going to be in easy game think again I knew the Steelers were going to struggle in this game I knew it

Why do these announcers want Jacksonville to win

 

1) I'm of the opinion I don't think it's cool to copy and paste comments into its own thread, but to each his own I guess.
2) Reading those posts pretty much sum up yesterday's game in perfect chronological order. It was a pretty bad performance in which a fan could easily be frustrated throughout.

 

Your always going to have the negative nay sayers. I just ignore them,

I really like that he "misses his daugther soccer game to watch this crap" to watch the Steelers.
Don't get me wrong I love the Steelers, and hate missing a game more than anything, even when they aren't good.
But, go to your daughters soccer game, you can catch the highlights later or invest in a DVR and watch it later.
Your daughter is only going to play so many soccer games, the Steelers will have a ton of games the rest of your life.

I must admit, unlike said poster, I was at my daughter's softball double-header and didn't see one play. Did see her rip a few extrabase hits to the gaps though, which is much better than a Steeler TD

 

It's very easy to be such a positive person when you are clearly such a hottie!

 

Exactly man, your kids got to come before the Steelers always. Love the Steelers, but I love my kids a heck of a lot more.

 

i don't understand the problem with the critics , we are the steelers and we used to have a nice product on the field if somebody is frustraded about something he is seeing , should be free to post a rant ...or not ?

 

At least one football fan gets it. Kudos to you. I wish there were more fathers like you.
